Lubartów county flag

Lubartów County (Polish: powiat lubartowski) is a powiat (county) in Lublin Voivodship in eastern Poland created in 1999.
The county symbols adopted on 23 October 2006 by Lubartow County Council.
Coat of arms of Lubartow County already adopted during the first term of the County Parliament (1999-2002). Unfortunately, I have no knowledge of the law about the adoption of Coat of Arms.
The present law further defines the Coat of Arms, which was already adopted in 2000.
