The Palestine "Military Medical Services Administration" (MMS) located in
Ramallah, Palestine, was established to provide and coordinate the medical care
for Palestinian Armed Forces, military personnel and their families, in times of
war and peace. The MMS reports to the "HQ Military Medical Services
Directorate"; c. Aug. 2022. Below the falcon, the golden Arabic slogan reads:
"State of Palestine." Both the white Arabic slogan in the green crescent and the
bottom blue line read: "Military Medical Services". [This image appeared on a
Palestinian medical website; it is uncertain whether or not the flag actually
has a blue border.]
