The Paralympic Committee of Serbia (Параолимпијски комитет Србије, website), formally the Foundation of National Paralympic Committee of Serbia (Фондација Националног параолимпијског комитета Србије), was established in 2006.
In former Yugoslavia the first organization dealing with sports with disabled people was the Association for Sport and Recreation of the Disabled of Yugoslavia (Савез за спорт и рекреацију инвалида Југославије – ССРИЈ). The first participation of disabled athletes at the Paralympics dates back to 1972. Then afterwards, the Paralympic Committee of Yugodslavia (Параолимпијски комитет Југославије") was established in 1999, and changed its name in accordance with the changes of the name of the state, first to Paralympic Committee of Serbia and Montenegro (Параолимпијски комитет Србије и Црне Горе), representing Serbia and Montenegro, and finally adopting its current name.

The flag of PCS (POKS) is made of the emblem of PCS (POKS) on a white background.
The dimensions and the design of the PCS (POKS) flag are determined by the Steering Committee of PCS (POKS).
The emblem of PCS (POKS) is the national flag below three agitos, and above the inscription "Paralympic Committee of Serbia" (in Serbian).
