Description of the flag

Altaysky District is an administrative and municipal district in the Republic of Khakassia. It is located in the east of the republic. Its administrative center is the rural locality of Bely Yar.

Its flag has a green field with a white base bearing black hammers laid crosswise between the green stems of the Bogorodsk grass diverging to the sides, and on the green field a black vertical stripe in the center, bordered with a white scalloped stripe and bearing with a golden ear of wheat.
