Description of the flag

Beysky District is an administrative and municipal district in the Republic of Khakassia. It is located in the east of the republic. Its administrative center is the rural locality of Beya.

Its flag is vertically divided approximately 1-6-1, blue-green-blue with a yellow disk on the green field on which is a black leaping horse. Below the disk is a low black isosceles triangle extending to the corners. On one flag from a 2012 source the black triangle is bordered yellow; another flag lacks the yellow border.
