Description

Horizontal blue-white-red stripes, ratio 2:1:1, but with a very broad black edge on the white stripe, with a one-quarter size national flag in the upper hoist. Extending from the national flag to the lower fly another white stripe with broad black edges. Over the point where the two white stripes meet, a yellow disk with an urn and seven purple stars. Ratio is 2:1.
