Following link leads to the site, which is showing flag, coat of arms and seal of central part of Bratislava City, called Bratislava - Stare Mesto (Old Town). Its territory is identical with territory of district Bratislava I.
According to this article these symbols were adopted by Borough(Ward) represenation on September 5, 2003. Coat of Arms reflects the oldest known image of Arms (after seal used  until 1436), that is why has its image simplier character then Arms in the Royal Chart from the above mentioned year.
