Image according to the "HERALDICKÝ REGISTER SLOVENSKEJ REPUBLIKY" Volume I and II, Bratislava: Ministry of Interior. 2001/02 - adopted 25 Aug 1995 - that book has the "cut" below and above the red stripe, while the Otrhánky website has it between yellow and white, correctly in my opinion.
