Description of the flag

According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Chon Buri province is horizontally divided in three stripes (N-Y-N, with the yellow stripe wider than the black ones) with the provincial seal in the middle of the flag. The flag can be seen nowadays on the provincial website: http://www.chonburi.go.th/dotnetnuke/Portals/0/images/section1/section_01.jpg.

Description from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seals_of_The_Provinces_of_Thailand:
The seal of the province shows over the sea the outline of Khao Sam Muk, on which a shrine is located. Local people believe that the spirit of that mountain protects the fishermen from harm. The silhouette of Ko Sichang Island is displayed in the background.
