Description of the flag

According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Maha Sarakham province is horizontally divided yellow / brown / yellow (~ 1:2:1) with a representation of the provincial seal in the center of the flag, including a red garuda and the name of the province on a yellow label. The provincial flag can be seen on the provincial website : http://123.242.181.90/photoall/view.php?No=2
