The municipality of Bismil (118,605 inhabitants in 2020; 173,7000 ha) is located 60 km east of Diyarbakır.

This flag is old now. Here is new flag, white with new logo.
The new logo was adopted on 31 December 2020. The public contest organized by the municipality yielded 156 submissions; the winning design was submitted by Çağrı Oğuz İnce.
