Flag of Ordu Province

The flag of Ordu Province (photo, photo) is white with the provincial emblem.
The motto "Oksijenin Yurdu" reads "The Land of Oxygen", therefore the O₂ symbol.

Special Provincial Administration

The flag of the Ordu Special Provincial Administration (photo) is white with the administration's emblem in the middle. "T.C." stands for "Türkiye Cumhuriyeti", "Republic of Turkey"; "İl Özel İdaresi" means "Special Provincial Administration".
