The Turkish Red Crescent Society (Türk Kızılay Derneği; website), usually known as the Turkish Red Crescent (Türk Kızılayı) was established on 11 June 1968 as the Society for Aiding the Wounded and Ailing Ottoman Soldiers.
It was subsequently renamed to the Ottoman Red Crescent Society (1877), the Turkey’s Red Crescent Community (1923), the Turkish Red Crescent Community (1935) and, eventually, the Turkish Red Crescent Society (1947).

- as above, with English name added above the crescent (photo, photo);
- with writing 'Türk Kızılay Derneği" (Turkish Red Crescent Society), foundation year omitted (photo, photo, photo).
