"It was confirmed in March, 30th, 2004 by the decision #99 of village council session. The square panel, which consists of two horizontal strips - yellow and green (parity of their parties is equal to 2:1), on a vert strip are three white flowers.."

"It was confirmed in March, 30th, 2004 by the decision #99 of village council session. Or; vert oak grows from a vert base, on which are three argent flowers in fess. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by or village crown. The authors are Yu.Terlets'kyi, M.Omel'chuk, D.Shulyk.
Flax flower are symbol of Polissya, the oak is symbol of struggle for independence, courage and belief in the future. Also here grows oldest oak of region.

The Village

"The first data about it refers to 1537. It is probable, that the name of village occurs by the hunters who have arranged here stand ("postij")."
