"In an argent field with vert wavy base is a heraldic rose. The emblem adorned by or decorative cartouche and crowned by an or rural crown. The arms displays the name of village. It is a gules mallow flower. The vert wavy base means mountains among a wood and ravines on which is the village. The Village

"On territory of village is old ancient town. It is the unique settlement of area located on hills. Beside, in boundary Tsariv Yar, was the medieval castle of prince Rozhynovs'kyi. "The Chernihiv eparchial data" name its Bug-town and submit the detailed description. Also the name of village founder - Yan Aksak in the same place was resulted."
