"In an azure field with the argent chapter is or church. The emblem adorned by or decorative cartouche and crowned by an or rural crown. The church of Revival is constructed at XIX century instead of an old temple. The argent chapter symbolizes snow colour, reminding about the name of village. The Village

"It was found by prince Gorodets'kyi at 1128. Nevertheless the first settlement which referred as Zymne (Winter), obviously has arisen much earlier - at X century, near the pagan centre, during princess Olga time. Local legends tell about events of times of the Nightingale-robber which had a palace on island. At 1920 the village has become history of the country by the revolt against the Soviet authority, struggle against regular troops of Red Army. It was kept old church in the village."
