Heraldry:
"It was confirmed at May, 25th, 2001 by the decision N585 of
XXII city council session of III convocation. The rectangular
blue panel with a parity of width to the length as 2:3, in the
center of it are 9 white furnaces of salt in three rows (4:3:2).
From three parties (except for staff) goes border in 1/10 width
of a flag from yellow and blue equipotential triangles.
