The Flag

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"It was confirmed at May, 25th, 2001 by the decision N585 of XXII city council session of III convocation. The rectangular blue panel with a parity of width to the length as 2:3, in the center of it are 9 white furnaces of salt in three rows (4:3:2). From three parties (except for staff) goes border in 1/10 width of a flag from yellow and blue equipotential triangles.

"It was confirmed at September, 22d, 1992 by the decision of IX city council session and repeated at May, 25th, 2001 by the decision N585 of XXII city council session of III convocation. In the azure field nine or barrels set in three rows: four in the upper row, three in the average and two in the lower."
