Heraldry:
"At the 15th of May, 1998 village council session confirmed
a gonfalon by solution № 9: a rectangular canvas with a ratio
of the sides: 1:1. In a blue field are the yellow letter
"O" and yellow prince's crown with red lining above it.
From a staff is a yellow vertical stripe with a width of 1/5 from
a width of the gonfalon. The authors are A.Grechylo and
Yu.Terlets'kyi."

The flag shows the letter "o" under a crown,
standing for the toponym, I'm sure. This letter shows the typical
glyph shape of traditional russian orthodox lettering, a typeface
variant of the cyrillic alphabet.
