Description of the Flag

A black (or navy blue?) flag, bearing the image of the map of Florida in white, with Lake County identified by a black rectangle. Toward the hoist in large block letters on three lines: LAKE COUNTY FLORIDA. The website at hometown.aol.com/lakehistory1887/ claims "Lake County was the first county in the United States to have its own flag."
