The Town of Burlington, Massachusetts, has changed its flag. Here is what I found on town's website - the first move:
www.burlington.org/Minutes/Select02_09_09.pdf. The project was accepted and some of the designs can be found here: www.burlington.mec.edu/~BHSArt/?OpenItemURL=S00BEB010.

Flag is quartered per saltire, maroon and white, the white quarters bordered blue, each bearing two stalks of wheat. Centered the town seal, above is written in white "Rich Past", below "Bright Future".

A red flag with a blue disk, edged yellow, carrying a stalk of wheat, a cloud, a white box-shaped building, a yellow ribbon above, with illegible text, and two yellow bars stating RICH PAST and BRIGHT FUTURE. Two curved stalks of wheat lie outside the seal, and the town and state name are written below. Burlington is in Middlesex County.
