Description of the flag

The flag of the City of Cape May, New Jersey, is vertically divided in two parts - near the hoist is white (about one quarter) and the rest is blue. On the upper half of the flag is positioned the city seal, a little touching the blue. Along the bottom of the flag are short waves, blue on the white, and white on the blue.
