New York Canals is a sub-organization of the New York State Thruway Authority. This flag uses the same pattern as the white field flag of the NYSTA, but with the New York Canals seal in the center instead. The flag can be seen in a photograph at https://www.waymarking.com/waymarks/WMRN12_New_York_Canal_Corporation_Oswego_New_York (image at: https://s3.amazonaws.com/gs-waymarking-images/0af3fbd8-e149-4ab3-b930-27a1f6086f1f_d.jpg).
