DID YOU KNOW: Shenandoah has its own flag?
If you've been in borough council chambers at borough hall, you might've seen it. That's where it hangs on the wall in a massive frame.
The flag was presented to the borough in 1978 by the former Shenandoah Rotary Club.
An interesting tidbit is that the Coal Breaker and flora design was briefly used on the patch used by borough police.

The flag is made of a horizontal tri-color of blue-white-blue with uneven bar ratios. In the white bar is the Coal Breaker surrounded by an olive branch wreath. Above the wreath is the borough name.
