Description of the flag

This article from 2012 mentions the need for a new flag with the new logo:

Images of the new flag:

New City Flag
The City of Forney changed its city logo a few months ago and is now in need of new city flags to represent the change in logo and branding. Three options were shown to the council members, with members choosing a flag that is half dark blue, half dark red, with the new “F” logo and "Forney" in the middle in white print. The council asked that 'City Without Limits'—the City's new tagline, be added to that flag.

Each year the City budgets $5,000.00 for new flags. Each of the new flags will cost $625.00 and Director Curry explained that due to fraying and tattering from weather conditions, flags are generally replaced every two months."

[Photographs show that the city's tagline was not in the end added to the flag.]
