Description of the flag

The flag is a blue field with a green border, with a thicker horizonal bar. In the center of the flag is an emblem which features a flower behind a green outline of Virginia, with a enlarged white silhouette of Page County over it's location in the state. On the emblem's ring is the county name and establishment year.

The seal is an off white ring with blue outlines. Inscribed on the ring is the county name along with the "Board of Supervisors". In the center of the seal is a bald eagle flying over and American shield with a draped American flag on ether side. Above and below the eagle and shield is the phrase "SERVING THE PEOPLE".
