The flag is a dark teal field with a thin golden inner border on it. In the center is the town logo with the town name above it, and the establishment date below it.

The seal is made of a white ring with black outlines, with the town named inscribed on it. In the center are two railroad tracks crossing, which is where the town got its name. In the four quarters are the following, three tobacco leaves, a caboose, a representation of Piney Pond, and a train depot.
