The flag is a green field with a thin gold border. Two lines of text are inscribed on the field, with the top being the town name, and the bottom being the state name. In between the text is the town seal.

The seal is a grey ring with golden rope rings as the outlines. The ring is inscribed by the town name at the top, with the state name and town founding year at the bottom. These are separated by black circles. The centerpiece is a scene with a blue sky and green grass. An illustration of the Old Constitution House, which was where the Constitustion of the Vermont Republic was signed.
