Likely the official logo flag, based on the photograph referred to above. This flag has the school's logo in grey and maroon on a white field.

It is unclear if this is an official variant of the official logo flag, but this one reverses the maroon and white colors from the previous design, placing the entire logo on a maroon field.

This appears to be another official flag, as there is a photograph online of it being carried during the processional for the graduation ceremony at Roanoke College (https://www.roanoke.edu/about/news/roanoke_college_graduates_449). The flag features the college seal in full color centered on a white field. The seal contains a blue shield bearing a yellow cross with a white stylized dogwood flower in the canton of the arms. On a banner below the shield is the Latin motto "PALMAM QUI MERUIT FERAT." Above the shield, on a wreath of colors, is a golden lamp symbolizing learning and education. Arched above the lamp is the name of the school in black capital lettering. Below the motto is the year of the school's founding (1842) in black lettering and flanked by gold olive branches. The entire seal is enclosed within a gold chain.

A typical stars-and-stripes pattern for sports teams in the US, whether professional, semi-pro, or college-level. In this case, the 13 red and white stripes of the American flag have been turned maroon and grey, respectively, while the 50-star canton of the American flag has been replaced by a maroon canton bearing the school's logo.

This is an odd, unofficial design, showing a "campus-scape" of prominent college buildings in black across the center of the flag, the name of the school in white lettering in the black of the bottom half of the flag, and clouds with a full moon in the maroon sky of the upper half of the flag.
