Description of the flag

Estb: 1903. Location: St. Josephs Bay, Dunedin.
Burgee: swallowtail circa 5:8 and 5:7 to crutch (print image).
Vertically divided red/white/ blue. Charged on red area with a blue star above and below a blue letter D, on the white area a red star above and below a red letter Y, and on the blue area a white star above and below a white letter C.
