The Seal

[Arkansas Band of Western Cherokee, Arkansas flag] image located by Valentin Poposki, 20 August 2019

I believe this band is defunct. Some sources provide the group is based in Sulphur Springs (Benton County); others provide the home town as Flippin (Marion County). There is a Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/ABWCHEROKEE1809/ and I believe the seal came from there) but I cannot make heads or tails out of the page or figuring out what the stated goal is. I feel it documents treaties and other information but not an active tribe or organization. The group was also known as Western Arkansas Cherokee Tribe, however, I am not certain when the name change occurred.
