Black Lake Denesuline First Nation (Black Lake) is a community located in Northern Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin region, approximately 1,180 km northwest of Prince Albert. Black Lake is a member of the Prince Albert Grand Council.

The flag is white with the emblem centered, featuring a wolf howling at the setting sun, with the heads of a moose and a caribou extending out of the emblem.
