Please beware that many flags offered for sale at auction websites,
particularly those appearing to be unique and/or historical, are modern-made
replicas, occasionally even of flags that have never existed. Also many of the
contemporary flags offered for sale are frequently available at a better price,
and in new condition, from flag manufacturers.
