Description of the flag

Kulai Municipal Council (Malay: Majlis Perbandaran Kulai) is the local authority in Kulaijaya District of Johor, Malaysia. It was formerly known as Kulai District Council (Majlis Daerah Kulai (MDK)). The council has been established since 18 September 2004. The council covers the following nine territories in Kulaijaya District: Kulai,
Saleng, Senai, Seelong, Sengkang, Sedenak, Kelapa Sawit, Ayer Bemban and Bukit Batu." - from Wikipedia.
