Description of the flag

"Antioch is a suburb of San Francisco and Oakland located in Contra Costa County, California, U.S., in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area along the San Joaquin-Sacramento River Delta. As of the 2006 estimate, the population is approximately 100,586." - from Wikipedia.
