The blue valley of Richelieu is the sole, perpetual evidence of the
ancestors' crossing, of blossoming and of future prosperity. It reflects and
export force, dynamism and the unity of the sun rays - 14 for the 14
municipalities composing the RCM.
The river fertilizes the vast and exuberant
plains.
The white background framing the four vital elements symbolizes pride
and sens of belonging to Haut-Richelieu region.
