I found flags flying in the Caldera municipal website, but the image is too small to say anything about a municipal flag (white with coat of arms?), if ever the flags on the cultural center are municipal flags. Olivier Touzeau, 17 August 2006
I recognized that I had previously seen a photograph online of the flag of Caldera commune in Copiapó Province, Atacama Region.
The photograph can be found online on the Caldera municipal website at http://www.caldera.cl/2017/municipio-de-caldera-homenajeo-al-pueblo-evangelico/. The flag appears to have a light blue field with the Caldera municipal coat of arms in the center and a gold fringe on the edges of the flag. Unfortunately, based on the way the individuals are standing in front of the flag, I can't tell if there is any writing on it. Randy Young, 6 September 2018
