Flagdescription: two equal vertical stripes of red and blue; near top and bottom a horizontal yellow and a white stripe of c. 1/20 flagheight; at 1/2 flagheight a yellow stripe of 1/8 flagheight, 5x embattled; in center top a yellow fleur-de-lis.
