Hoštice-Heroltice is in Vyškov district, South Moravian region in Czechia. The flag is from Petr Exner's Vexilologický Lexikon prapory obcí Čr (1997), adopted 27 Jan 1997 - a green field with a white diagonal bar from host bottom to fly top, with two yellow stars in the hoist top.
