Heimbuchenthal Coat of Arms

Shield Gules parted by a bar wavy Argent, in chief three beech leaves Argent in fan, in base a cogwheel issuant Argent.
Meaning:
The leaves of a beech (German: Buche) are canting and alluding the location in the Spessart, a forest. The cogwheel is representing the former hammer mill in Höllhammer, which had been there in the 18th and 19th century. The tinctures red and white are those of the Archbishopric of Mainz, to which the area historically belonged.
