Gondelsheim Coat of Arms

The shield is divied per fess into Gules over Vert. A sheaf of grain Or is superimposing both fields. The arms on flag have a white fimbriation.
Meaning:
Gondelsheim belonged after various changes to the Margraviate of Baden-Durlach since 1761. The sheaf is symbolizing the rural character of the municipality with agriculture as main business line until the 20th century. The existence of the sheaf on seals can be proven since 1812. The green colour is also symbolizing agriculture, while red and golden are the colours of Baden.
