Hohenthann Coat of Arms

Shield parted per pale, at dexter Azure a sinister facing lion rampant Or, holding an annulet of the same by his left forepaw, at sinister Argent an eradicated fir Vert.
The fir (German: Tanne) is a canting element. Lion and annulet are taken from the arms of the Deuring kin, who ruled the local district (Bavarian: Hofmark) from the middle of the 17th century until 1818.
