Durbach Coat of Arms

Shield Argent, on the central peak of a triplemount Azure issuant a chalice Gules covered by three lids of the same.
Meaning:
Staufenberg Castle on a mountain above Durbach had been the seat of a namesake lordship. The arms are canting, displaying a mountain (German: Berg) and a chalice (Swabian: Stauff). The same pattern had already been on seals of the court of Staufenberg since the 18th century. In the 19th century Durbach became seat of the court and adopted its arms.

The arms were redesigned in 1901 by the General Sate Archive of Baden. The banner was approved on 1 April 1985 by the county administration, published in GABl 313/1986.
