It is a red over white horizontal bicolour. The coat of arms in the centre of the flag.

Description of coat of arms:
In a silver (= white) shield is a red crayfish.
Meaning:
Wurzach was founded as a village by the Lords of Waldburg and had become a town around 1300. Wurzach gained the title of a spa and the prefix "Bad" in 1950. The oldest seal with prints from 1390 and the seal from 1523 already displayed a crayfish, which is symbolizing the the riches of crayfish in the Aach river. In 1558 the first image with three crayfish appeared and in the 17th century the arms showed three crawling crayfishs on a black bend, and a knight as supporter. These arms remained in use and were officially adopted in 1934. In 1966 the oldest arms with a single crayfish were restored. The information about both flags was confirmed by Mr. Roland Bürkle, the mayor.

The coat of arms was approved on 26 May 1966 by minister of interior of Baden-Württemberg. The bicolour perhaps is just in use, according to
Landeskundliches Informationssystem Baden-Württemberg the tricolour, which had been granted before 1914, remained valid after 1966.
