Flag: Rectangular, in proportions 2:3, green, charged in the center with the crowned coat of arms.

The coat of arms is described as follows:

Coat of arms: Per pale, 1. Or a tower gules on a snowy mount proper, 2. Argent a tree vert. Grafted in base Gules a goat or. The shield surmounted by a Spanish Royal crown.
