Description

Regional Council Brener (named after the writer Yosef Haim Brener, killed in the Jaffa Arab riot of 1921) is situated on the shore plain south to Municipality of Rehovot. Est. 1950 with 5,000 inh. My image of the flag is based on the desk flag so there could be changes when dealing with hoisted flags. A municipal emblem was published in the official gazette (Rashumot), 'Publications Gazette' section (Yalkut ha'Pirsumim), YP 633, 18 November 1958, however the Regional Council currently uses another emblem not yet published.
Sources: photo of the desk flag recieved from Ralph Phillips.
