Possibly a green-field flag of Muqtada al-Sadr's populist "Sadrist Movement";
c. Oct. 2021.
 William Garrison, 20 February 2022
The movement's flag (which in turn, is registered as a political party and
thus has participated in past elections) is the one we label as "Sadrist
Movement", which was originally published online here:

(source:
https://www.ilfattoquotidiano.it). The Sadrist Movement (Arabic: التيار
الصدري al-Tayyār al-Sadrī) (also known as Sadr Bloc, or Sadr Current) is an
Iraqi Shi'a Islamic national movement and political party, led by Muqtada
al-Sadr.
It has been part of the Al-Ahrar Bloc (2014–2018) (for the 2014
parliamentary elections) and part of the Alliance Towards Reforms
(Saairun)(other sources mention Sairoon (“Moving Forward”) (2018–2021) (for the
2018 and 2021 parliamentary elections) respectively and has participated in
politics first since the Janaury 2005 parliamentary elections.
Over time,
numerous factions in the Sadrist Movement disagreed with Muqtada al-Sadr over
various issues and broke off, forming separate militias and parties:
-
Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq
- Abu
al-Fadl al-Abbas Forces
- Jaysh al-Mu'ammal
- Tashkil al-Hussein al-Tha'ir
- Kata'ib al-Tayyar al-Risali
- Islamic Virtue Party

The Sadrist Movement
flag is a green horizontal background with a hand holding a black cane inside a
yellow circle and below the Iraq flag with the inscription below
"الكتلة الصدرية".
