The city emblem was adopted on Jun 14th 1941 by Notice No 26 and the flag was adopted on Aug 1st 1960 by Notice No 33. The green flag has a yellow city emblem in the center. The green color stands for a rest, a stillness and a dearness, the yellow color for a glory, a brightness, a hope and a development in peace. The flag proportion is 2:3.
