Abia State

Abia State is located in south-eastern Nigeria.

The flag of Abia State has a white field.  In the hoist half of the flag is the State Arms surrounded by 17 five-pointed stars.  The Arms (detail above) are superimposed on thin yellow, white and black horizontal stripes and a green triangle at the hoist.

The State Seal has the Arms and Stars within a double ring containing the words "GOVERNMENT OF ABIA STATE" above and "NIGERIA" below.
