According to the Resolution No. 92 / XV / 2016 of the Gorzowski Poviat
Council of June 29, 2016 regarding the establishment of symbols of the
Gorzów Poviat, Published in the official gazette of the Lubusz Voivodship
1414, 4 July 2016, we can observe the adoption of new symbols.

Here is the flag of Gorzów Wielkopolskie County in the voivodship of
Lubuskie. Flag and Coat of Arms adopted on 16 February 2000. The yellow key symbolised
the Polish openness and watchful. He come from the coat of arms of the
city of Santok in Lubuskie. The seven six-pointed
yellows stars are for the communities in the county. The colors yellow
and blue are identical with the European Union flag.
It isn't accidental - The design is based on the idea of an United Europe.
