Zambrów: formerly in the Łomża region (now Mazovian, c. 30 km south of
Łomża). A town since 1430, lost this status 1870 and regained in 1919.
In Poland since WW1. ca. 23.000 inhabitants (1994). It is the main town
of Zambrów county. Flag and Coat of Arms are on this
